Do you fill orders and make deliveries on Sunday's?
Yes, of course we do. In fact this is sometimes a very busy day for us because I
think we might be the only Floral Shop in Central Oregon that offers this service.

Do you make deliveries at specific times the customer requests?'
Yes! We call this an 'Express Delivery'. Unless the delivery time requested by
the customer is during our regular morning and afternoon deliveries, there may
be a slight fee, especially if the time requested is during the evening hours.
But we are extremely flexible and will do all that we can to accommodate the customer.

How much notice do you need to fill a large corporate order?
We have completed huge corporate orders in as little time as one week. However
the more time you give us (preferably several weeks) the better possibility to
special order the large quantifies of Gourmet foods the customer requests.

Can I send a gift anonymously? Or 'From your secret admirer?'
We can and will do this for you. However, if the recipient calls us and needs to
know who sent this for any reason or due to being stalked, or has a restraining
order against someone and wants to know who this 'gift' came from, we will give
out the name of the person who sent it. At the time you place your order you will
be informed of this.

What if the recipient is not home when you deliver my gift?
We leave a door handle pre-printed form to either contact us, or if this has been
left with a neighbor, or if we have left it on the porch. We also call the recipients #
and leave a message stating a gift is left with a neighbor or on the porch. We do
this because so many homes have automatic garage door openers and they do not go
into their home through the front door. We want to make sure they are aware they
have a gift waiting for them. If you choose not to have the gift left, let us know
at the time you order. There is a redelivery fee.

Do you sponsor benefits for charity? Do you sponsor non-charity organizations?
We do. But this is at our discretion. We have sponsored The Bend Chamber of Commerce,
COBRA, Hospice, St. Charles Hospital, schools in Bend LaPine
School District, Big Brothers - Big Sisters benefits etc. You would be amazed at how
many calls we receive to donate. We require a receipt/thank-you for tax purposes and/or
a public acknowledgement of our donation. We do not donate to Companies hosting
Employee Appreciation Events, Birthday Parties or Retirement Functions, unless we
feel doing so enhances our company.
Delivery in Central Oregon and shipping is available.
